Game 6 Pick – LeBron Will Rise or Cleveland Will Fall

In the midst of LeBron’s epic triple-double to help the Cavs survive another day, is the lost (and obvious) truth about Game 5. While LeBron’s 37-14-12 stat line was impressive, what was even more inspiring was Orlando dispatching of a 22-point deficit heading in to the fourth quarter.

Nuggets and Lakers are Going the Distance

I wrote extensively about Kobe’s nickname earlier this week; how the Lakers didn’t play like a team and how Denver would win the game because they are a unit. If Wednesday’s game proved anything it’s that the Lakers can’t win this series. Sure they won the game, but Denver fell apart for one reason only. They didn’t self-implode.

The L.A. Lakers travel to Denver for Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals with a chance to end the series and march into the NBA Finals.
L.A. was very good in Game 5 with key players Pau Gasol blocking 5 shots and Lamar Odom providing 19 points and 14 rebounds.

James Notches Triple Double, Cavs beat Magic 112-102
What a crazy game. You’ve got to love playoff basketball. The Cavaliers came out of the gate absolutely on fire. They raced out to a 32-10 lead, propelled by a barrage of Mo Williams three pointers.
